FAQ

I have a question about my order

Please allow 3-5 working days for a standard order to be delivered. We ship all orders placed before 5pm the same day. "Priority" orders are aimed to be picked same-day and dispatched on our fastest standard service. The delivery method being used will be shown at checkout. Please Note at times of heavy sales this may take longer.

We are unable to combine orders. Once an order has been placed we cannot amend it.

Unfortunately, we cannot amend any details of your order once they are placed. This includes adding or subtracting items. We suggest that if you have ordered something that you no longer want, wait for it to arrive and then send it back to us for a refund. See our returns policy for further details.

If your item is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will email you with an estimated delivery date. You will have the option to cancel or wait for your order.

Certain products such as food or perishables cannot be returned. Personalised items, or those made to order, are also excluded unless they are faulty.

Generally, Items need to be returned to us through our returns process. If you require an alternative size or colour, please make a new purchase and your goods will be processed once received if within 28 days.

If you find that your order is incorrect or incomplete, you should contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order and we'll do our utmost to supply you with the correct or missing parts. If we cannot fulfil this, you will be entitled to a full refund.
